I am an associate professor of philosophy at the University of Agder and a Ph.D. candidate in psychology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

My research focuses on evolutionary theory, human cognition and behavior, epistemology, and philosophy of science. Currently, I investigate the theoretical foundations of evolutionary behavioral science and the adaptive functions of human cognitive skills.

In 2020, I defended my Ph.D. dissertation on Internalism and the Nature of Justification at Stockholm University. Before that, I completed my BA and MA degrees in philosophy at the University of Bergen and a BA degree in psychology at the University of Tromsø. My second Ph.D. at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology focuses on Cognitive Ability and the Evolution of Human Coalitional Psychology.
